Playing the Ponies

We've been going to Hollywood Park on the weekends for the past month and half, or so. We very rarely win. I think it may be the habit of betting Exacta Boxes, Trifecta Boxes, and Superfecta Boxes that are killing us. Oh, we may win a bet or two, but because we bet so many horses in each race, we end up going home with less money than we brought. So this past weekend, we finally seemed to hit out stride.
